We love the cokes, lemon shakeup, and Arnold Palmers with extra ice. The lemon muffins are to die for. My parents swear the Ricky Bobby is the BEST pizza. I like to get hot chocolate with marshmallow fluff and tell them it's for a kid so it's ready to drink right away …
My bf and I were just passing through Kokomo craving a brunch spot and found this hidden gem! They have a homey/industrial aesthetic that really catches your eye. The employees were super friendly and speedy with serving our food! The food itself was HEAVENLY, I ordered the Cajun spice sub and my bf ordered the Tuscan chicken sub. Both had so much flavor. Our coffee was also amazing, my bf ordered the galaxy iced latte and it had so much depth in its sweet flavor, but not overpowering in any way. My peanut butter meltdown iced coffee was amazing, also sweet but again not too much. We took a few bites of a chocolate muffin before our food arrived, which was super moist and rich, but were too full from just the 6 inch subs to finish the muffin. We plan on having this as our go-to date spot whenever we’re passing through, it only took one visit for us to fall in love with this cafe! It was about 30 for everything but it’s definitely worth more than other spots with higher prices; with the quality of food they serve and how filling everything is. 10/10!!
I go to coffee junkies about 4 times a week and get the same thing. They're usually fast but today wasn't. And I wasn't upset after I found out there was only one girl working BY HERSELF while having a line all the way out to the street. She was the sweetest, held her composer and still did her job even though she was slammed with orders. Her customers service was still on point!!! I tipped her all the cash I had on hand but she deserves more. If the owner cared any for their employees they would giver her a generous bonus for gratitude and all her hard work when no one else wanted to work. Not only is it overwhelming for one person but it's not safe either. Anything could happen. But she did it!!! Did catch her name but this was around 8am, October 14th.
I love this lil coffee spot. Their GF pizza is really good. They also have a small salad bar. I prefer here to Starbucks.
I LOVE the coffee Junkiez on Sycamore!! Their staff is great and drinks are even better. Not a huge fan of the one on Washington. Their tea isn’t near as sweet or fresh as the one on Sycamore and they don’t make my iced caramel coffee as good either. The staff on Sycamore know who I am and always ask how I’m doing.
This place is a gem. The staff go above and beyond and the coffee is fantastic and they are fast. The muffins are next level. The atmosphere is more pizza parlor with the tandem pizza place and less cafe. I think with a few modest updates this place could be a killer coffee and pizza joint.
Awesome area to chill while you wait for your pizza! I was there for pizza junkiez not coffee. Very exciting topping choices. Great customer service.
